This is a step up for Sol

Rd 1: Sol looks uncomfortable for the first half of the round not doing much then unleashes landing some bombs before backing off and relaxing again.

    10-9 Sol

Rd 2: Connelly presses forward dictating the fight. Sol still looks reluctant. Big body shot from Sol hurts Connelly. 2, 3 body shots and a clubbing right drops him. Connelly gets up and makes it to the bell.

    10-8 Sol

Rd 3: Sol comes out straight after those ribs, 2, 3 ,4 power shots and he goes to his knee and it's over!!!

    Sol TKO

good bodywork by solo 2nite something havent seen alot of before
even though solo dominated this fight, it was a much more competitive fight than his been in of late
showed his still got a way to go to really be world class but imo would ko mirovic inside 5

Well his boxing skills leave a lot to be desired but his power and more so his accuracy of those shots are devastating. He really picks his moments.

sol is one powerful dude, no doubt about it, he can punch and will knock out all australian heavyweights thats my view, i think he can go far, hes very calm in a fight and that is a big bonus..... hopefully big bob gets his wish and then sees how hard sol hits, if calloway could hurt bob imagine what briggs will do to him...

Sol looked good yes, but he will have his work cut out if he ever jumps in with Meehan.
Even Big Bob is a massive step up IMO.

Bob was saying he will fight Hoppa on one night and the next Sol and he will KO them both.

Bob VS Sol for the Aussie title

If this guy was a step up then I hate to see the guys he was fighting before. Sol has some great power, it would be nice if he did fight Mirovic or Meehan.
