Damn, my PC is ****ed up and I don't have sound right now. Watched the first few minutes without sound and it's still mesmerizing. I'll have to catch it later.

 

That;s brilliant, has been posted before.

 

Didn't see it before. It has some nice training ideas though. The car tires are useful since I can't hang a heavy bag anywhere at home, but I can put a few car tires on a rope in the garage. Also very nice was the beach sequence, where one guy throws something on the ground and the other one has to return it as fast as possible while evading the trainer. Very creative, I like that.
