Rightly or wrongly, this has got the British public talking and it has hit the mainstream. Think where they have been media wise. BBC Breakfast, Sky News, Sky Sports News, Daybreak etc. These are all mainstream outlets and the "banter" made front and back pages.

In a way, this can be no bad thing for boxing. It's back in the mainstream and when that happens you always get some more people sucked in - that's how it worked for me. I was lucky my Dad was a news journalist from 1988-94 at the Daily Mirror - with a secondary role covering boxing. So I was exposed to the likes of Eubank/Benn etc. from a young age, but really it was the furore around Tyson Lewis (and my dad let me stay up for it) that made me want to explore more.

The other side is that this could epitomise the very worst in boxing. It could just be a massive anti-climax, early stoppage (ie not a proper knockout) and undo all the hard work.

Personally, I hate this fight but the silver lining is the public interest.
