Haye has been a professional fighter a lot longer then 18 months since he said he was moving to the heavyweight division almost 2 years ago (march 2008) Enzo mac fight and its his own fault he has fought so sporadically since then. Especially after he said he would bring excitement back to the heavys..

The truth is Hayes cruiser Resume isnt really that stellar, Then again the cruisers are notoriously shallow so his resume doesn't have many quality wins on it is not totally his fault due to his competition at cruiser but still he didn't fight all the top fighters there... Mormeck, and Valuev are the best wins on his resume and both were old and past their prime by the time they fought.

Wlad has an impressive resume look up at the list of names on it and their achievements.

Lol the same arguments will go on until either Haye gets in the ring with one of the brothers, Or Haye or wlad loses.

Haye has brought it on himself, but its getting boring now! The general (but not overwhelming) consensus is that either Klitschko KOs Haye at this point, but no one even talks about how the fight would pan out any more- just 2 groups of haters slagging off the other guy's resume and repeatedly bringing up Carl Thompson and Brewster/Sanders. I don't know about anyone else but I'm just fed up of reading it :-(

you gotta give haye credit- the man knows how to market himself. its what the sport needs. this sport isnt like basketball- where the game is enough to sell- you need stars, and the stars need to sell themselves.

as a star- david haye knows how to sell a fight- and himself. he hasnt really accomplished much- but he s already lined himself in the mix. goes to show. i mean alot of people here are talking **** about him- but they ARE talking about him , unlike excellent fighters- but boring personalities like ward, etc.

It seems to me that you are one of those who can only categorize fighters as either super - exciting ATG's or stinkers. There are many good fighters on the Klitschko's resumes, fighters that would be good contenders in any era. Mercer and Byrd were tough opponents for Lewis and Holyfield, Schulz was robbed against Foreman and was competitive with Moorer. Wlad easily destroyed them.

Haye's best wins would be Fragomeni, Mormeck and Valuev and there are many fighters on the resume of either Klitschko who would completely dominate tham.

    :good:happy

This thread started off quite comical about funny comments Haye has made... and if you have a sense of humour and get sarcasm some of his comments are pretty funny.... but then you get the same Hayeters coming on the thread, turning it all serious and spouting their usual 'Haye ducked the Klits' bull****... depressing bunch of twits

    I agree.

You cant say anything positive about Haye without some ****wit having to run in saying the Klitschko's are the best thing since sliced Ali.

I used to quite like them but the amount of arse licking on the general form that tries to laud them to ATG status has made me really start to dislike them.

    Waaaah!

Whenever Haye is on Soccer AM I find it very entertaining. I can't remember any funny comments off the top of my head, but if you have seen him on there you will know what im talking about.
PS. Soccer AM is s***e now Tim Lovejoy has left. :-(

"I'd like to fight them (Klits) in the UK, because everyone knows the German boxing atmosphere is crap. It's just dull. I'd hate to have one of my defining fights in front of a bunch of boring Germans."
