On paper it looks worse than the Ruiz undercard, which is saying something.

    :deal

The good news is that Dave Coldwell reads these boards and this will be noted. Will it be acted on, I doubt it but at least they know the level of dissatisfaction.

The excuse will just be that because of the Setanta collapse, Hayemaker promotions no longer have a regular TV deal so have difficulties in signing other prospects/champions and getting them on the undercard of David Haye. My response would be that why haven't they got a regular tv deal? Since Setanta folded, David Haye has become a much bigger name and has way more pulling power than before. Hayemaker promotions have still gone back on their words and rather than their original plan of promoting boxing properly, they now seem to just be cashing in on Haye being a pretend heavyweight champion!

Me and my mates bought tickets for this and we are all regretting it big time! The undercard is a joke, when I heard Ashley Sexton was on there I thought it must be the rematch with Bayaar which would have been worth watching more so than the main event.

His undercards lack depth, it's like they sit there and go ''ok..chuck a title fight on and that will do em'!!

If that's the case, I'll only be going in for the main event.

A big fight usually sells out for the main event on it's own...:yep

Look at Hatton v Tyszu, it was a great night at silly o'clock in the morning which banged out the MEN Arena with the best boxing atmosphere I have experienced...:deal

    But the undercard was shite...:barf

Again, this is a time where the best of our Amateur talent could be showcased, I really think that we are missing a trick here...:yep

If anyone has ever been to a fight in Las Vegas you will see on the ticket that $1 per ticket sold is donated to the Amateur Boxing Association of Nevada...:yep

It should be exactly the same over here...:deal

Promoters/fighters/venues over here are far too greedy for that to ever happen. If 20,000 buy a ticket to Haye v Harrison, say-I can't imagine Haye being too keen on 'donating' £15,000-£20,000 to amateur clubs.

Heck, even Top Rank are donating a dollar from every ticket sold to any of their 2010 cards to the Haiti relief fund-and TR have a show pretty much every weekend.:deal
