Has anyone considered Haye vs Tua? if Haye is so good, let's see how he goes against a granite-chinned HW with one-punch KO power.

I am pretty sure Haye isn't stupid enough to take such a fight, but let's see if he can match his talk.

Would a win against Haye give Tua a title shot?

Beating Tua would prove nothing at this point.

Getting KTFO by Tua would and if Haye could KO Tua it would show he has decent HW power.

Haye wouldn't take the fight. If he won he'd the win wouldn't get classed as much as Tua is past his prime and has not been very active. If he lost it would be very damaging and lets be fair, Haye would have to hit Tua with a lot of hard hard digs because Tua has a solid chin + Tua has a punch on him as well which would spark Haye out if he got caught with it.

Prime to prime Haye would be killed in 3 rounds max, but now he would win...

Nice thought. That'd be a fine proposition for anyone about to interview Mr. Haye. As mentioned, he wouldn't go for it, but it would be intriguing. Also fun to see if/how he dodged the question.

I'd say Haye wide UD. He'd be careful and at this point Tua wouldn't be able to catch up with him. I don't think Haye would try to mount the offense necessary to stop him.

It would be an absolute nightmare of year long negotiations followed by the fight never happening.

Tua getting badly outboxed by the likes of Chris Byrd and even regional clubfighters makes me just think he's the most overrated fighter of all times.

David Haye would UD him, pretty much with ease too.

I agree - Haye wouldn't be stupid enough to go toe-to-toe, and he's got good skills. Haye to UD Tua.

    It's a cracking fight though.

Its a good match and a very dangerous one for Haye,i cant see this fight getting made though it is far to big a risk for Haye.

I'd favor Haye at this point to tell you the truth. With the Tuaman's age an inactivity he's only getting slower and more easy to outbox so I doubt he'd lland much on the quicker Haye. Which means he can't test that fragile chin of his.
