barett beats haye im afraid, hes quick and will move in and out of hayes hayemakers causing haye to miss a lot, and being subject to montes big punches.. HAye cant deal with small quick fighters, coz hes got long arms and a masive body.. and has no inside ability, monte can tie him up an use the head....

 

anyone see Haye and Barretts "archive" or whatever on setanta lastnight? Any good? Missed them. Missed the thriller in manilla documentary too but recorded it again at 1am.

I agree he has no defence but that does not equate to a lack of inside ability. He throws some mean uppercuts from close range and the speed of his hooks is awesome. From memory I cant recall him clinching on the inside so take your point on that, but in terms of when he's on the front foot his inside game is just as good as his mid-range!
