I hope the referee doesn't allow him to get away with what he did verses Ruiz, clubbing the guy down with rabbit punches. Haye talks like he's the greatest ever but the reality is he's a scared fighter who'll break any rule to win.
I hope Wladamir doesnt punch hold and lean because that would really be boring. :hey What do you think...
Punch, hold, lean....... Punch, hold, lean....... Punch, hold, lean....... Punch, hold, lean....... Punch, hold, lean....... Punch, hold, lean....... O is this a snooze fest..... Punch, hold, lean....... Punch, hold, lean.......
leaning on a guy isn't as bad as rabbit punching him to the deck. Haye fights as dirty as his mouth talks.
He did the same thing to Monte Barrett, and the idiot ref would issue warnings to Barrett when he retaliated. He also hit Barrett once after he was down. Haye is def. a dirty fighter. I don't know what else Barrett should've expected though, seeing as how the fight canvas said "HAYEMAKER" on it.
Punching is legal. Holding can be legally done, and leaning is totally legal when using your body and not getting on top of your opponent. Rabbit punching can be detrimental to a fighters health. I don't care how exciting a fighter is, if he can't win legally, he needs to be banned. Peter kd'd Wlad 3X. Once was a slip, the other two by rabbit punches. How the ref let Peter get away with it is beyond me, but perhaps politics played a role. If Haye can't get at Wlad without hitting him behind the head, he doesn't need to be fighting at this level.:rofl
Its boring and ruins the fight... He does it because he cant fight on the inside and worried he will get hooked on the jaw... Scenario Wlad keeps grabbing and holding Haye, Haye starts to rabbit punch to get away. Whose the ****, pretty much both of them because there both illegal.
O your allowed to hold and lean last time i looked you wasnt allowed , Wlad takes it to another level and if you cant admit that you know **** all,and yes your right about rabbit punching its bad but there both rule breaks.
That is a fair observation. I think it was in the last round against Fragomeni he hit him while down with enough of a delay I thought a disqualification wouldn't be out of the question.
