Sascha Dimitrenko would be good if he's available. He's not up there skill-wise with Wladimir, but he has the physical attributes and some similar style characteristics. But not to get ahead of ourselves, Haye needs to pull his head out of his ass and sign the fight.

Not necessarily and I doubt it

Wlad will be using a few middleweights as usual to train to keep up with their speed.

a sparring partner is someone who prepares you for a fight with a certain opponent, thus resemblance between the sparring partner and the opponent is welcome. Are you suggesting this cardboard headed creature in your picture resembles David Haye?

David Price. 6'9, so that will help him with the height.

Nowhere near as experienced or powerful as Wlad though, so will need some more sparring partners.

Dimitrenko would be a good one indeed. Very similar in a lot of ways, just not close to being as good. Perfect for this purpose.

    Unlikely though.

Exactly, seeing Dimi is WBO #1 and Haye is #2..I doubt they would spar together at this point.

On a side note, does anyone know what Dimitrenko is doing? He needs to get in with someone credible (i.e. Povetkin ideally IMO) to test him and show everyone he's worthy of being a potential WBO mandatory for Wlad this year or next.

I doubt he will fight anyone that would risk his #1 WBO status.

As already said, Lennox Lewis is going to be his sparring partner... well, if what the UK press says is true... which is by no means a given!
