Respect is earned, so is disrespect. I disrespect national anthems because they're ****ing stupid, and I am indifferent to most mass silences because I think they are sanctimonious and vulgar ways of remembering the dead. Occasionally there may be an exception ie Diego Corrales would get a silence oout of me, but only rarely.
Setanta spoke through it too. They didn't even seem like they knew it was happening till half way through. If they didn't know what was going on I'm sure you can forgive the American crew for not knowing.
once and awhile you read a post that hits the nail right on the head and makes you laugh like hell...... this is one of those posts
so if you don't know someone its ok to disrespect them. that is typical narrow minded americans. i wouldn't be surprised if some of you thought that america was the only country iin the world. we know **** about your baseball, american football, and basketball players over here but we would still respect a silence in your country if one of them had died.
