Headguard

    I have just joined an Amateur boxing gym and begun sparring. I don't have a headguard yet so i was wondering which brands or specific types people recommend. I hope to compete at some point so i assume it would have to be AIBA approved, i just wondered if anybody had any good recommendations or horror stories!

    Are you in the US or where are you? That will factor into what kind you can use.

    Fightgear makes some quality headguards, but since you're in the UK i'm not sure if those are regulated there.
