    I think Basilios toughness and stamina will wear Tommy down, unless the Motor City Cobra catches him like he did Duran.

    The question is if he survives the opening rounds ... Herans was such a huge puncher, so fast with such a long reach does Carmen, who did get hit, survive? I think Tommy takes him out ...

    They did this matchup one time in the 80s in which Tommy supposedly stopped Carmen. I'm no fan of his but I can't see him losing to Tommy who I think gets overrated as a welter
