Heavybag highlight video

I thought to show you guys my heavy bag highlight video. I just train for fitness. It was fun to film it and edited the punches from the workout and make a remix. Have you done any heavy bag remixes or know ones?, I would like to see some.

The bag is around 100 lbs or 45 kg.

My favorite clips are George Foreman hitting the bag and Rocky Marciano too.

put your hands IMMEDIATELY back up after you hit the bag. you mite not look so bad if you do this.

 

The first time I watched the video, I couldn't get past the first 20 seconds or so. I watched the video all the way through and you might be on to something.

 

Its nice to see a young talented boxer with knockout power in both hands. You'l go far my friend
