Help with weight class

    Hi could anyone with any experience tell me what the 'average' weight class for a 5 foot 6 165cm male would be. I know its not too important but on average what weight class do you think I fit into?

    somewhere between diaperweight and manlet weight.

    Lol kidding but yea anywhere from jnr featherweight to about max welterweight.

    Yeah, this gets asked quite a lot and you will never get a straight answer. And for good reason. Like these guys said, it all depends on your build and overall ability.

    Now since you are strictly asking about "average" (rather than, what weight should I be in) - I don't think it's an unreasonable question.

    I would say most guys 5" 6 are likely bantamweights, to light welterweights (115-139 lbs). That's just a guess off the top of my head.

    What's your build?

    Dwight Muhammad Qawi was a lean and mean lhw at 175, and even as a cruiser he wasn't really fat, he was 5'5.

    Danny Williams didn't even need to sweat much as a welter and he was 6'1.

    yep its how you build. if you are average build then scorpion said enough.

    Today, Most of them are keeps more interest on their weight. Depend upon their height, They can maintain the weight. Doing exercise is one of the key factors to maintain our body in good shape and healthy. Regular exercise is more helpful to maintain our body in a good condition.
