Thaxton said on Bunce's show that it's been confirmed today he'll fight on the undercard. Didnt think he'd be back over here.

I remember on Setanta a few months ago, Hide phoned in and said he was coming to to the UK to face Frank Warren in court.

    Did this ever happen?

Hide is 37 now and its not very encouraging that his last 2 fights went the distance. His last high profile fight was over 9 years ago (1999 ko L to Vitali). Hes done nothing but fight journeymen since.

hes ranked by the WBO at number 4, so he could easialy get in mandatory position for Enzo.

Can we possibly avoid using foul language in thread titles, please? It gives a bad impression of the Brit forum.

    Unfair.

Herbie's Cruiser comeback has actually worked out pretty well for him and has already got him close to a #1 contender bout. Until the knockdown against Seferi in his last fight, there was a lot of positivity. Even with that, Herbie is still looked at as someone that has the punch and speed to cause problems still.

I have a lot of respect for Simon Block, but lost some of it when Bobby Gunn was sanctioned to fight Enzo Maccarinelli.

**** it, why not tell Jamie Moore to eat a few burgers and stick him in there with Enzo as well.

I think I read that Herbie has sorted his legal problems out and can now re enter the UK without people wanting to arrest him. He could beat most of the top cruisers.

    Legendary!

Hide vs Craparinelli would be a great fight. Obviously in his day Hide would have pissed all over Craparinelli, but even though hes past it now, it could be great fight.

Would be great to see Hide spark him, but I wouldnt look forward to the 8 million threads from Flint, talking about about how Enzo made a "mistake"

And remember, Hide is undefeated at Crusier! :good
