    JUST LIKE TO SAY WHAT A SHAME THIS FIGHT NEVER HAPPENED WOULD HAVE BEEN AN INTERESTING MATCH UP, WHO DO THINK WOULD HAVE WON:roll:

    Holmes would have too much for him, can't see george getting through that jab, and larry had a fantastic chin.

    Late round stoppage, due to accumulation and fatigue.

    Foreman would have knocked Holmes out. Lots of guys had Larry on the deck - Big George would have kept him there.

    It's sort of a shame it didn't happen when they were both in their 90s comebacks. The fight was talked about many times, and signed at one point, but it didn't come off. The boxing mags back then panned it relentlessly, and then it was cancelled. Too bad, imo - a prime for prime match would've been better, but even a "two geezers'" matchup would have been nice!
