Why does everyone talk about the butt, but not Torres hitting Holt when he was down?:think:think:think Holt KO!
Both fights were controversial with the beer glass thrown at Holt in Columbia and the headbutt KO of Torres in the 2nd.And NO,Torres didn't get his ass whoopped,he whooped Holt the first time but it was controversial and in the second he koncked Holt down twice,or are you forgetting it?The third fight should just settle the score
I have said the same thing since that fight happened. The headbutt was obviously not intentional, but Torres certainly hit Holt illegally after the second KD and I don't think he was even warned for it. Looking forward to the third fight.
I'd love to see this fight. Torres was on his way to winning by first round KO when the headbutt happened.
Would be a good fight a natural conclusion after what has happened previously. Glad they are trying to sort it out as soon as possible instead of waiting. If Holt keeps his head and boxers smartly he should win. He can hurt Torres but it is in his best interests to fight of the back foot. He will get derided for it but if he goes toe-to-toe he will get KO'ed. If Torres hurts Holt he needs to be a bit more clever about finishing the job. I remember him and his managment saying they could have finished of Cotto when they had him hurt but he rushed it, didn't pick his shots and Cotto managed to weather the storm. A similar thing happened in the rematch with Holt although the Head butt obviously didn't help matters. Either way should be a decent fight.
Oh god I hope it goes through. Two fights full of drama and controversy...We need a trilogy, we're running out of em.
