He draws too much from his interest in MMA and tries to apply his "insights" to boxing. He knows next to nothing about boxing history.
Hilariously Evander made references to juicing and being a big juicer but he meant fruit Certainly not as punchy as Bowe but Evander seems to be slurring far more these days. Sad to see.
He sounds ok. He was never articulate to begin with. Bit of a slow southern accent mixed with hesitating, makes it sound like he is slurring.
Rogan does the same with pretty much every other subject under the sun also. He'll make some flimsy parallel with another area of his knowledge and then try and apply it to whatever his guest/subject of the day is. Been listening involuntarily to Rogan since I began car pooling with some dude at work.
I haven't been able to take him serious ever since he was hyping Ronda Rousey's boxing. He is the king of hyperbole.
