Obviously unlikely but if you're a betting man go for it. +1400 odds. Hops has a way of coming alive in BIG fights like this, and have a feeling this may end up like the Tito fight. It may sound ridiculous but this is boxing and this is hopkins and IT IS possible.
the Trinidad fight was 14 years ago. Bernard isn't the same fighter these days. he also hasn't had a stoppage in donkey's years. Kovalev will hurt Hopkins bad in this one. Bernard to be stopped for the first time in his career by mid to late KO. Bernard will try and pull his usual **** to try and get out of it but, Sergey isn't the type to let him go that easily.
This also isn't Trinidad. Kov is untested, hasn't even fought in championship rounds much less been past 5 or 6 rounds or something like that. He has a shaky chin, hops has a great chin. There's so many variables in this fight and nothing will surprise me, not even hopkins taking him out early. But I think it goes 12 rounds, hops UD. But I tried to put 100 bucks on hops stopping him to make 1400 but site won't let me give them my money for some reason so fuk it. I really hope hops doesn't stop him now lol but we will see..
