How important is rest?

    Can you get away with an intense training every day ?

    Sure, until you get sick or get an injury from over training.

    I did for a while until my knees caught up with me.

    yeah, you can, but after a while you will be forced to rest. But I guess that's a good schedule, just training hard and resting when you really have to, instead of allotting a specific day to rest.

    very important it lets your body heal and become stronger.

    1 or 2 days rest a week from exercise is important to performing at your best capabilities.

    i have the weekend as a rest

    wat do u think about running every weekday e.g mon-fri . sat an sun as a rest.

    Depends on what commitments you have that impede recovery such as work, studies etc. Recovery can also depend on the individual, some people are just more durable than others and can push their bodies harder.

    Ill go for like 6 days pretty hard, but then the next week only like 3 days hard

    We trained 6 days per week up at Galaxy.

    Six days on and rest sundays.

    Rest is hugely important, to allow your muscles to rebuild and grow.

    But you must break those muscles down first.
