How's it going at the minute?

Have you incorporated any new exercises/methods into your routine?

Or have you changed your routine completely and had a 'fresh start', so to speak?

I'm doing ok at the moment.

    Lot's of Deadlifting.
Lot's of volume work throughout the shoulders.
    Lot's of low-impact cardio (walking/swimming/cycling/elliptical).

I need to work less on compounds (stopped squatting for a while due to a hip-impingement) and more on isometrics (enjoying a change of pace as of late with them).

Stopped bag and pad-work due to nerve damage in my hand (gutted).

So, yeah, low-impact on the cardio side of things and the odd compound lift (Deadlift) and soon-to-be more isometric work.

    How about you?

    Still improving without sustaining injuries.

Gonna try to have some video posted of my first bout.

I pretty much only do Kettlebell/Dumbell compound training, cardio (rope, cycling, running (up stairs), walking, rowing whichever), core training with bodyweight/medicine ball, isometrics a few times a week and some basic plyometrics (steps)

It's going pretty good so far but I feel like I'm training my legs a little bit too much as opposed to my upper body.

It's debatable, it depends on what your goals are. That much cardio is going to increase the proportion of slow twitch fibres and promote muscle loss/weakness. If you're an athlete you'd be better off doing nothing.

my cardiovascular and endurance is very bad. I can spar but I get out of breath when im doing a round of bodypunches only. Id thought I might do something.
I do 30 minutes not slow but moderate pace cross trainer
Then another 20 minutes but this time interval 1 minute high level fast as possible 2 minute slow
    then 30 minutes treadmill
I am thinking of purchasing skipping ropes and skip at night for 30 minutes get me used to being on toes

Stop exercising for time and instead exercise for intensity. Your fitness will increase more and in the way you want. Cut all of that out now if you want to be a decent athlete. Do some high intensity intervals.
You're out of breath when you're sparring because it's using the glycolytic/PCr energy systems while you spend all your time training slow oxidative.
Doing the sort of training you're doing is just going to make you weak and slow.

Not going well. I've been jogging on and off for the past few days, and that ain't enough.
