If Tommy Hearns didn't have such a fragile chin, could he have beaten Hagler?

Marvin would be forced to wear him down to the body, but would end up taking that many more shots. What would give?

I think he may have been able 2.. He lost to Leonard in the 1st fight when he could no longer take Rays punch, to be fair he was wore out also.. The Barkley fight is over in another round or so and a win for Hearns if he could have taken Barks punch.. And he was dishing out quite a bit of punishment in Haglers direction so I think he would have had a good shot to win..

No, I think Marvin may still have worn him down to take the late round stoppage.I think Hagler was one fighter Tommy was going to always have problems with.

It depends on how good we're making his chin.

He still shattered his hand on Hagler's head and couldn't hit him hard anymore .
