He KTFO people with both hands, was cocky and flash but backed it up for the most part, always went for the kill, gave hilarious interviews and although he slagged opponents, he was never malicious about it, it was always a light hearted banter and he was always class afterwards. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the Prince: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA0jLvUxGjI&feature=related[/ame]
he definitely brought excitement to the lower weight classes. there won't be another like him for a very long time...if ever.
If Kevin Kelley, Manuel Medina, Wayne McCullough(who gave EM a war), Wilfredo Vasquez, Cesar Soto and Tom Johnson are bums, then not too many other fighters have better records.
Contrast Mayweather's hype with the way Naseem hypes his fight: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifCBwDNvM94&feature=related[/ame]
So what? He didn't say Naseem was the greatest fighter ever, he said he liked him. What's your problem that you have to come **** all over his thread?
Judah is still liked by many despite being wrecked so many times. Corrales still being liked despite actually never fighting anybody of substance. Gatti is still liked despite his losses. Oscar is still liked despite his fishnet and actually losing most of his significant fights. Gayweather is still liked (Iwhich is still a wonder to me) despite being a total ******* and a dirty fighter and a cherrypicker. I am just wondering if the "liking" in ESB is governed by colour or nationality. Me, i just don't like fighters who jerk me of. I feel cheated. I don't mind supporting a fighter who losses as long as he has honor.
