I thought he had left Sky (and boxing) to commentate for EPSN.

Yet he was commentating for the Hatton fight earlier.

I think he does ESPN football coverage but does Sky Boxing on side in freelance sorta thing. Can remember it being mentioned in a other thread few months back when he left Sky Role.

He's OK but just call it a 'jab' not always a 'left-hand lead'.

rawling is decent but not much more. darke could be exceptional at times. he has way more knowledge of the game than rawling.

Darke, whilst not brilliant by any means..is still better than Rawling. It isn't close.

darke is the best commentator for football and boxing. he does the occasional fight for sky usually the big ones. expect him to do Haye vs Klitscko.

He uses the correct terminology...:yep If you were listening to a fight on the radio you would know exactly what was been thrown...:yep

Ian Darke is a great commentator with an amazing depth of knowledge...:good

Rawling is dreadful, his voice is hideous. Hopefully Darke does every fight that ever happens though unfortunately thats obviously not going to happen.

    I quite like Rawling. Sorry.

  14. I like Rawling more than I used to but Darke is the man.

Bob Mee was good on Hatton/Alvarez I thought.

Ian Darke is THE man when it comes to boxing commentry.

Darke is exeptional and is knowledge first rate, the fight is far more watchable with Darke on it. Rawling im not a fan of.

Glad to see him back and hope he takes back over. Rawlings is a drab ******* who doesnt know half as much
