How long after Tyson fury won the belt was he stripped and at what point did the decide to strip him off the belt and will they be as quick to strip AJ or are the situations different (rematch clauses etc)

Situations aren't really different, has aj even faced an IBF mandatory? He is long overdue I think

Wasn't it as soon as the rematch was confirmed? In this case is not yet

Fury was stripped because he exposed the you know whos. Another few reasons i like Fury is because he speaks the truth and he is a Christian. Blessed he is that speaks the truth while all around him bury their heads.

Didn't Fury insult them without even trying to get an extension?

I weren't sure if it was as soon as they knew there was a rematch clause in the contract rather than them waiting for the rematch to be confirmed. Is there a rematch clause with AJ and Wlad? Or do they only work if the champion loses his belts

I just think money definitely talks and obviously having sky behind them might have the IBF wait abit longer than they did with fury as much as I can't stand AJ and I'm a fan of fury if you ran an organisation as fake as I think he is you'd rather have AJ as the face of it.

Joshua is huge business, huge money involved and also the IBF have the organisation mentioned every time Joshua is mentioned.

So I have a feeling the IBF will give AJ far more wriggle room than they gave Fury.

The IBF seem to follow their own rules more than the other organisations. I expect that Joshua vs Pulev will be ordered soonish but time will tell.

I hope they stick to their guns. Pulev is decent as a mandatory fight. Bolsters AJ's resume too. Hearn will probably try to get out of it because it isn't a huge name though and that irks me.

If Joshua doesnt rematch Wlad or face the other champs then his IBF mando is a good fight for him imo. Not many in the division better than Pulev
