Anyone noticed that both Golovkin and Wlad have had this title for years? GGG is promoted by Wlad and they are the only two real legit fighters to hold it atm. Must be friendly with the owners.
They are just throwing money away Jones Jr held like 6 belts at one point. 7 if you include the Ring belt.
The only titles that matter are the WBC,WBA,IBF and somewhat WBO all these fake interim titles, regular titles ect...don't mean nothing. WTF is the IBO.

there was a time when the WBO was looked down upon just as much. In this day and age, NONE of the belts really mean a whole loy. Its whoever is holding them that makes them important.
IBO actually has a few good champions... 105- Hekkie Budler 112- Moruti Mthalane 135- Daud Yordan 154- Zaurbek Baysangurov 160- Gennady Golovkin CW- Ola Afolabi HW- Wladimir Klitschko Budler, Mthalane, Golovkin, and Wladimir are either the best or one of the best in their divisions. They have a lot of Australian and South African titlists over the last couple years.
Lennox Lewis always seemed to hold the IBO title along with the more 'legitimate' ones if I recall correctly, it seems to be part of the set...
anything to call yourself a champ I guess, let's be real for most people titles only matter when a fighter they like has the title as soon as someone people don't like wins one suddenly they become meaningless. Regardless if I like a fighter or not I acknowledge all real Champs, the problem isn't to many titles the problem is fans picking and choosing when to acknowledge Titles.
