What do you think would have happened if Bowe had learned to fight on the outside? Would he have been a better fighter, knowing how to fight on the inside and outside?

You can't always control distance but with his jab, height and reach, IF he had been in shape consistently and fought primarily from the outside, we might be talking of his as an all time great.

I think if he learned to fight on the outside, he'd have been one of the most complete HWs ever.

I'm sure Eddie taught him how to do it... And taught him how to throw a straight right... but Bowe just returned to what came naturally.

    Also, Bowe's defense was poor.

Bowe didn't fight tall and on the outside.

You have to have better timing to fight great on the outside. Harder to hit from farther away.

Bowe had 3 good fights against Holyfield.
