If Cotto lands flush...

    With a big head shot can he KO Mayweather cold?

    I dont think he has that sort of power and thats the only way I see Mayweather losing, to anyone!

    It is possible especially if its a shot that Mayweather doesn't see. I think it will have to land perfect bc Mosley hit Floyd with some power that he didn't see and Floyd stayed on his feet.

    Anyone can be KOed but like mrjotatp4p said, it will have to land perfectly, but I don't think Cotto has the power to KO floyd, not going to happen, can he get lucky? yes, but 42 has tried and failed.

    he's never done it before at this level, its more always been an accumulation of shots.

    Even Judah can take floyds shots. He dont have one shot ko power of a Kosta a Manny or Msley. SO i'd be suprised.

    He has the ability to end it with a perfectly placed liver shot though

    Mosley punches harder than Cotto and he couldn't do it...
    With that said, Cotto might be able to do it later in the fight if he's in the shape of his life and is able to wear Money out with constant pressure.

    but i don't believe it was on the chin i can't recall would have to view again but i believe it was to the top of the head anyways cotto does not have the 1 punch power

    If Cotto couldn't KO fighters with 0% defense with one shot, how the hell is he going to Mayweather who is 75% defense.

    I doubt it, Floyd's got a good chin on him. If he knocks him down, it would have to be a well placed shot that gets him off balance, or one that stuns him and it happens that Cotto takes advantage with an vicious follow-up.

    One of the reason I love watching Cotto fight is because he seems to put his punches together with real bad intentions

    Floyd has a good chin though and is expert at taking away left hooks so it's unlikely to happen

    cotto has never KO'd any opponent for real in his life..... he grinds his opponents down over the course of the fight and stops them late.... htats how he beats every opponent....


    can anyone see cotto doing that to floyd? UFCCK no

    In short NO !!!

    a) he's never had 1 punch KO power (as he's really a south paw) and b) he aint hitting Floyd flush !!!

    Cotto doesn't have great power so I doubt it. With that said anything can happen in boxing.
