Then Cotto vs. Williams needs to be made.

This is the match that needs to happen for the welterweight division, it's obvious Mayweather wont fight neither of them, so insted these two need to settle it and well see whos the best of the welterweights, it is pretty lame how Williams keeps calling out everyone but no one will take the fight.

He offered him again after Williams beat Mrgarito. And Arum blatantly ducked him saying it wasn't smart to risk both belts on the same guy with an obvious advantage....

I love bashing Cotto, but honestly, it really isn't totally his fault. I belive Arum is mostly to blame for that one.

I like Cotto, I admit to picking against him on numerous occasions, but he is a gifted boxer. I mean he outboxed sugar shane! However, he has no chance against pwilly. Cotto is too deliberate and does well with people who dont apply pressure.

Actually cotto vs mosley 2 needs to happen to crown the best welterweight today.

P-will is already a middleweight. I think he will have a hard time going down to 147. His last 3 fights has been at 154 and 160 so forget about pwill at 147 lbs.

 

I talked to Pwill on wednesday OTG and he said he wants to fight at 147 right now but no one will fight him. He said he has no problem making 147 and has to eat a lot to get up to 160.

 

paul williams has said he could make 147 easily still.....and i personally think he is a genetic freak he could make 140 if he tryed.

 

If Cotto wins then Arum wants to make Pac/Cotto.

 

The problem is that I just cant except the winner of the Mosley Vs. cotto rematch as the Best Welter when you have Williams in the picture, who probably will beat both of them including mayweather. I really dont think his fights at 154 are going to effect him enough to make him not be able to get back at 147.
