I read that he was making the move back down to WW too.

Everyone is headed where the big names and big money is at.

    Bazooka.

Ike's long sabbaticals away from the ring have always driven me crazy. I understand, however, that this one was due in part to his role in building a new hospital in his home country.

I always thought he took too much time off in between fights during his prime years.

Bazooka's people are in the process of setting a title fight at Jr Middle... that's all I can say for now...

    Yeah, right.

I watched that fight with no less than 10 afficianados of the sweet science and we each thought he lost.

He was damn lucky he didn't KTFO by surfer dude Lopez. And damn lucky he got the decision.

A strong fighter with a great jab but a very one-dimensional offense. By the way, when was the last time he mattered?

2-3 year layoffs are nothing new for bazooka...

As far as Lopez goes, that guy had loads of potential. Trinidad wanted no parts of him
