Great post. I too did not feel sorry for Fedor, what I did feel bad about was the end of an era. Just like watching the once invincible Mike Tyson taste canvas for the last time. The best to ever step into an MMA arena walked into the sunset of his career last night. I really have a ton of respect for him as a fighter, and as a human being. I really admire how he praises God not only in victory, but in defeat as well. The humility of this man is one that all sportsman, and humans should strive for. He never said he was great, his performances said that loud and clear.

He could still beat many fighters but hes not pride Fedor anymore hes like 65% fedor.

Age works in different ways for different individuals i.e Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis are good examples........ Tyson was finished at 25 whereas Lewis was just getting started in his late 20's

Take this **** back to Sherdog. Its obvious you only started watching MMA yesterday. You'll be right at home with the goons over there who fit exactly the same profile as you.

I can't explain how bad I wanted Fedor to lock that heel hook. I can't explain how sad it was to see Big Foot belittle his attempt.

  13. no not really as in all things, one door closes and another opens. Hopefully a coaching position will unveil lots of new talents coming out from Eastern Europe and overseas, all trained under Fedor. Fedor as 20% owner of M1 global could also devote all his time in ensuring the growth of his company and of MMA in europe and everywhere else.

It could be that a retired Fedor proving far more dangerous to Zuffa's business than a fit and fighting Fedor. This would be the ultimate revenge. I cant wait for this to happen :happy.

No doubt it's the 'new breed' style that nullified that heel hook to some 'fans'

Randy 19 wins and 10 losses, with allot of his fights in LHW whereas Fedor has 31 wins and 3 losses all against HW fighters.

Randy has also fought far less than Fedor. Randy has only done Greco whereas Fedor competed at the top level of Judo, Sambo and Combat Sambo.

So Randy has been far less active and also has fought far easier opponents whilst loosing many more fights :hi:
