As a few of us practice BJJ, we know that the submission itself is usually fairly simple, but it's the positioning that is ridiculously hard. I just saw this video of Ryan Hall (BJJ Black Belt) competing with Hermes Franca at Grapplers Quest and while it wasn't a submission (probably because Hermes has good defense) this is probably the sickest transition to the back that I've ever seen, if not the best transition I've seen period. I do not. I live in the North East U.S. We got lucky as **** because we actually had a really good BJJ instructor move to my area.
