I remember a night waaaaaaaaay back when I was 18 or 19, must have been back in 1990 or 1991 - anyway, we were at a party in Neutral Bay that started to fizz out so a group of us decided to leave, so we went out the front and waited for a couple of our friends who were saying their goodbyes inside. We're standing there and this pommy bloke comes stumbling up to us with a bottle of champagne - starts chatting to us, he was a real cheery bloke, pissed as a fart and friendly as, and offering us swigs from his champagne bottle. After a few minutes he wandered off to some other people who were out the front. A few minutes later, these 3 guys came out of the party, they kind of burst out of the front door and made a beeline for this bloke, who wasn't doing anybody any harm, and started trying to rough him up. They started off shouting at him, trying to get themselves fired up I guess, and this guy was so harmless that it wasn't working. These 3 guys just looked like nerds, they were a bit older than the average age at the party, and they were dressed prettily daggily. The ended up pushing him over, and he was so pissed that he just sort of rolled and got up with a grin on his face. One of the guys in our group went over - he was a big bloke for his age, and boxed at the local police boys club, so he was pretty handy in a blue. We hung back but kept an eye on it, as this guy was a pacifist first and foremost and would only get into a stink if it was unavoidable. So as soon as he went over and said "What's up guys" the one closest to him turned on him acting the tough guy and shouting, and his 2 mates did too. So things were starting to get interesting, our mate was facing 3 of them on his own, so we started to head over when BANG! it was all over The guy who had started on our mate drew his hand back as if he was going to punch him and was in the middle of telling our mate what he was gonna do to him when our mate just threw out a single solid left jab that busted this idiot's nose up - it was like someone had thrown a sachet of tomato sauce over his face It stopped him and his 2 mates in their tracks and the one with the busted nose was holding his face together and actually started crying and saying "you broke my nose!" That was all it took - a single punch from someone who knew how to throw one, and these guys **** themselves. Then they started saying they were off-duty cops, and that they were going to ring the station and get 10 squad cars up here to take care of our mate, etc. and our mate just said fine, go ahead, do it, we've got plenty of witnesses who saw you start the whole thing, show me your badge, I want your number so I can report you. They left pretty quickly after that, waving their fists and shouting threats at our mate who was just laughing at them ****ing idiots
hahaha... classic. Would have been awesome to see some K1 level guys cleaning up. Not much fun for the other guys but. Bet they felt sore in the morning.
hahaha. It must be something. I can't work it out but if someone wants to start a fight I always end up being the one they pick. Its not like I have big mates either and I am the smallest. I dead set have no idea how it works.
Nice. A stiff left jab is one of the worst punches to get hit by I reckon. Bet he felt like a real goose after that one hahaha. I always wonder what these guys think to themselves when they get home and look at themselves in the mirror.

i hate people who think they're tough but really can't throw a decent punch. they think they can fight because they watch mma and boxing and feel they could get it done. freaking ******s. mess them up real hard the next time mstr!

I do, but not on a boxing forum. some people just don't understand this concept. This will be my last post, i may come back from time to time and view the forum, but i have just had enough.
