irish bob murphy question...

    Tough, hit hard, but had below average skills. Fought like the 'Tex' Cobb of the light heavyweights, with better power but a more vulnerable chin.

    Bob Murphy was a throwback to the bare knuckle days of yore. A tough, tough punching
    southpaw who regarded defense as a nuisance... He loved to fight, and ride his motorcycle [ala Lew Jenkins]...He would clean up on today's lightheavyweights I see on tv today.Very good ,but not great 175 pounder...
