Tomas mailed me yesterday saying nothing official but they will try and make it happen.

I had a word with Sweeney the other day to try and encourage him aswell

    Hopefully it is confirmed

I enjoyed those - very good read. I agree, a Lindsay defence in Belfast could accommodated in a bigger venue than the Ulster Hall.

This is great stuff by Peters or more importantly Tommy Rohan his matchmaker is this for a title? if so what weight are they fighting at?
If they get Andy a good opponent it will be a good night.

I just dont see jacobs team taking a fight with Lee. Andy with his genuine punch power and decent skills would be high risk no reward for jacobs. Danny throws 100 punches a round and andy would have to be at his very best to beat him IF THE FIGHT HAPPENS AT ALL!

I think andy just needs to be put in with a top opponent to raise his game. His next opponent needs to be someone decent for him to progress.

Jacobs is NABO champion and andy is ranked number 3 so maybe it might happen.

Not going to happen in Limerick though, does jacobs have big power ? 15 of his 18 wins were stoppages.
