    Cheers. Its going ok, but Mark Doyle is the only one of us who knows how to upload stuff, so when me and bobby learn there will be much more going up on it - so hopefully it will get better as well.:bbb

    alrite lads, i'm 21 and thinkiing about taking up boxing would ye say its a bit late to be starting

    It's never too late. I took it up at 23. It's the best thing I ever did, I used to go to the gym 4 times a week and played a lot of football but if you want to know what real fitness is about then take up boxing!

    I havn't made it to any high level but I train in a pro gym and get to spar with all the lads. I can look after myself but i'm never going to set the world alight!

    I highly recomend you buy a gumshield, some hand wraps and get in there and try it. It's the best thing I ever did and I just wish I had of taken it up when I was 10 years old.

    Just picked this new book up today - flicked through it and it looks pretty good if a little Ulster/Belfast biased

    anyone seen it?
