It's never too late. I took it up at 23. It's the best thing I ever did, I used to go to the gym 4 times a week and played a lot of football but if you want to know what real fitness is about then take up boxing! I havn't made it to any high level but I train in a pro gym and get to spar with all the lads. I can look after myself but i'm never going to set the world alight! I highly recomend you buy a gumshield, some hand wraps and get in there and try it. It's the best thing I ever did and I just wish I had of taken it up when I was 10 years old.
