The good people at my web provider have told me that I either have to remove content from the site or pay more. I'm broke so that is out. So what Im proposing gents is that you go to the archive section, download whatever you want, because from tomorrow on we will only keep two months content on the site at any time. The best of the years content will be put in to a year book of sorts - probably a booklet this year, a book next year. Also looking at a supporters club awards lunch in December. Who is going on 29th?

Henry coyle's new article is up on the western people website if anyone wants to take a look. There is also a good article about a new world class gym that opened in galway last week.

shite - thats bad news - isnt the advertising covering the bandwith?

Seems a shame to lose some articles as I am always looking for stuff when doing my wikipedia articles.

Guys, can we all ensure that we click on the adverts at i-b.com

thanks for reply podge...23 is young enough to make an impact in the pro game...i was concerned when i seen the bald head...that he might b 1 of these guys that turn pro late...an irish title fight between osullivan and billy walsh fought in cork..would b great for that area of the country...what do u think podge...also egan has done well to obtain coyles services....how did he manage that...that july 5 bill is shaping up nicely..i was hoping for a hyland-ohara rematch...is that any closer podge...sorry for all the questions..i hope im not melting your head:good

Just read there in The Mirror (page 51) that Rendall Munroe wants to fight Wayne McCullough. I know Waynes been itching to get back in the ring for the last few years. He's obviously very hungry and would be a big test for Munroe

theres also a small bit on lee's fight in limerick and duddys in boston but nothing that we havent heard already

Martin looked very classy last night. Great boxer - suprised he never made it to the Olympics with that kind of tidy boxing.

bit worried about where the power is coming from though

    Fra,

Ask away, my friend, no bother! As the pimp says to his hoowers: "Keep 'em comin'."

A fight I would love to see down the line is O'Sullivan-Coyle, when the two have beefed up the records. Two exciting light-middles with real punching power. Yaboy! Add James Moore in the mix if the other two build on the reputations and we could have a light-middle version of Macklin-Lee-Duddy.

Walsh and O'Sullivan have got a bit tasty with each other in sparring, my sources tell me. No acrimony, but highly, highly competitive.
O'Sullivan plans to stay at light-middle for the forseeable future, so unless Walsh moved up from welter...'twould be a ******* though.

I think they jumped the gun on announcing Henry Coyle for the Tallaght show. I was talking to both Egan and Gerry Coyle, Henry's dad, and both said negotiations are still ongoing. Nothing decided fully.

Any rematch between Hyland-O'Hara is a non-runner right now, I hear from a few sources. Could be resurrected down the line, but negotiations aren't even in the mix at the minute, as far as I'm aware. Hope I'm wrong...

Hope this is good info for ya, pal.
