Is it definitely Millstreet? I thought they didnt want any more boxing there? suppose it has been a long time though. If it is the 19th March thats the same week as the girlfriends due date. Baby better get out beforehand or wait a little longer
Hyde said Rigos title fight would be against Cordoba on his FB before anything was confirmed officially. Same thing here hopefully
I don't think he's ready for it but I'll be full steam ahead and 100% on the Casey bandwagon if it gets made. I can only imagine the carnage down there with Paddys on a Thursday and the fight on a Saturday. People will take work off on the Wednesday and I doubt they will surface until the next Wednesday if Willie boy can get the job done!
Why not have it in Limerick though? thats Caseys hometown surely he wants it there and Im sure if they wanted they could really up the Capacity there! what does Millstreet hold?
So, whats the deal with Hyde and Rigondeaux? I thought they had a falling out or Rigondeaux wasnt going to honour the contract. It appears from all the talk here that Hyde is still his manager. Its obviously great for Hyde that he took this guy to a world title in only a few fights and it would be huge for Irish Boxing to get Rigondeaux on Irish soil to fight Casey
Gary is Rigos manager and always has been. He's the one that got him out of cuba he's the one with the contracts and he's the one that got him his team around him.And now hes the one that is bringing his world champion back to his native county to fight the countries most exciting fighter.I am most happy about all of this.:happy:happythumbsup
Thats great for him and obviously helps Irish Boxing. it wasnt that long ago that i heard word of a split, so i glad all is good
