Lee v Duddy in New York and magee v Bute in Montreal - will we see any of these fights on TV I wonder?
who knows what Duddy has been doing since his last fight? Big question mark for me over him, has he been living the life of a fighter...? could turn out to be an easy night's work for Lee, (ref stops fight inside 6 rounds...)
cmon the duddy boy... smash him up:good [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dera-980Rus&feature=related[/ame] duddy.... duddy....duddy....duddy....duddy.... duddy:good:good
Should have happened two or three years ago but nonetheless if it does happen now I'll savour a top domestic Irish battle.
Carlos has been very quite on the board lately And Iam guessing its because of the newborn but then I started to think a little bit more into it. Do any of ya think Peters and Mcguigan could be trying set up Carlos v Kiko for the euro strap?
Lee UD. Duddy doesn't move his head enough and has a terrible defence. He also doesn't hit as hard as Lee. On the positive side, he's decent on the inside(which Lee is not), has a heart of a lion and a great chin (but so does Lee). Should be a good fight. Lee needs to look at least as good as Chavez Jr did against Duddy to have any real chance of fighting for a world strap this year.
Dont know if anyone else noticed it but yesterday on friday night fights they showed a top ten ranking of junior welters, at 10th spot was Paul McCloskey, however his country was listed as england. Good to see ESPN going the hard yards in ther research this year.
I think lee learnt a lot from the vera fight and I doubt he,s gonna get into a similar situation again I reckon he,ll knock the head off Duddy mid rounds I think jcc jr has softened John a bit.
