I was a bit surprised that Duddy called it a day. It came out of nowhere but if your heart isnt in it any more then your best off calling it a day. Best of luck to Duddy in what he does next he has gone out in a good way on his terms instead of trying to fight on and taking more punishment. As for Andy I wonder if Peters could get him the Barker fight for the European strap? Any how he has been a bit unlucky with fights falling by the wayside in the recent months.
Thats a bit of an understatement but its encouraging to see he has being willing to fight in all of them though, his break will have to and i hope he takes it when it comes.

I'd give him more credit alright for beating McEwan over Duddy, but Lee-Duddy was a very high profile fight, so high profile in fact that the winner may have been catapulted into a title challenge. Beating McEwan won't have the same effect
