I think its the sheer output of punches from Audley that will cause him the most problems I reckon....

Think perez isn't faR off the residency limit for being eligible for a Irish pasSPORT

The boys on the Brit forum will really go to town when we start claiming him as one of our own :lol:

I think we should start claiming him anyway just to see who bites.

Perez done well with the Prizefighter and it was nice to hear that some Irish lads went over to support him. I wouldnt mind seeing him fight the winner of Chisora v Fury. Get another fight under his belt while he is waiting around. I would guess Matchroom will sign him after him winning it at ease. They dont have a heavyweight on there books as far as I know and maybe Perez will be that man for them. Have him on the same cards as Paul McCloskey and even base him up in Belfast for the time being.

I'd say the offers will be rolling in now. I hope he stays with Peters as a lot of our fighters could get more exposure by fighting on a Perez undercard

I think Perez would be wasted by signing with Peters. The man just doesnt put on shows. If I was in Perezs position Id be trying to get a deal in Germany. Thats where the heavyweight scene is now and Germans dont seem to care about the nationality, they just watch anyone.

The examiner gave him a tiny piece alright, better than nothing. Its true that they dont get near enough coverage though. Theyll be superstars for a month next year, then forgotten about by the national media for another 4 years

There's a press conference tomorrow at Brownslow Leisure Center Craigavon to announce the 25th of June show. It's a bit disappointing that it will clash with the Hyland show on the same night in Dublin, but along with the Alio promotion, it's good to see things picking here up again. Now all we need is Peters and maybe Eddie Hearn announcing a few dates, and things will be back on track.
And also Jamie Conlon boxes Kyle King in a 6rd contest on the Frank Maloney promoted show this weekend.

I agree, he should make the move. I'm just looking at it from my own selfish point of view.

Funny how they take to anyone over there... Once upon a time the Germans were very particular about nationality :yep

Haha ya it is strange. When you look at the big German draws, how many of them are actually German. Braehmers the only one I can think of and hes very unpopular compared to the Bosnian, Armenian, Ukrainian and Cubans plying their trade over there. If Perez does sign a deal there I hope its not with Oner. He will be looking for someone since Solis collapse but hes the biggest gangster in boxing

Nevin was class , best performance ive seen from him in the WSB against a good expeianced hard lad from Kazackstan , his combos and his punch power have improved a lot , he was snapping the other lads head back a lot and winging in some lovley body shots , it was very close to being stopped . He will make a great pro when he turns over !!!
