Me too, but it is going to be a struggle with no tv. I am hoping Peters can buddy up with Matchroom and do a couple of Sky shows in Ireland. Still, fair play to all of the small hall promoters, it keeps things ticking over, it is just a pity that the dates are not a bit more space out.

 

I read the last few pages, but Green Jab can you some up your complaint? Is it that Irish boxers are devaluing boxing by fighting for peanuts?

Yes maybe they are devaluing themselves and Im going to just say it and accept the imminent attack ill come under but I wouldn't put the people leading the IPBA in charge of a ****ing circus, everything so far has been cheep and extreamly poor quality and I think Irish boxing deserves more then a couple of clueless do-gooders.

Maybe Im just crazy but I cant understand how everyone can get so worked up by the WBF belt related to an Irish fighter who is a real prospect for serious titles and at the moment thats rare and just accept that Irish boxing is being rail roaded by SOMEBODYS.

If I have offended anyone on here tonight I will try better next time, but for now thats my OPINION

 

You need the pins strip mush! a pin strip suit, getting in the ring and have a sensational gift of the gab can lead to a lot of female attenion....:rofl

Reject what money? Its a case of see does the show make and share the profits as far as I am aware, wonder how we would feel if Peters tried it next month, already the IPBA have made approaches to one fighter and making plonkers of themselves in the process.

 

Who is actually the promoter (pays the bond and all that) and who is the matchmaker for IPBA?
