Reject the small money they get is what I meant. So you're saying the boxers are being offered too little up front or get too small a cut of the profits? (I'm not sure how the payment works).
nothing up front if the show makes a profit they get a percentage if not they dont thats greenjabs problem i think
http://www.irishboxers.ie/“the-fighting-west”-galway-18th-june-2011-amended-press-release/ jj vs tolan 2 this is what i was talking about earlier when i said i was looking forward to the main event
It's not really that rare at the moment. Paul McCloskey, Brian Magee, Andrew Murray, Andy Lee, Matthew Macklin, Carl Frampton (definitely within the next 12-18 months anyway), Willie Casey (arguably if he can get back on track for a euro title- which is "serious"). Excuse me if i've left out one or two. All of the above I would class as real prospects for serious titles. I suppose an important question is what do you class as a serious title?? There's quite a few for such a small country. Arguably even more real contenders than we've had for a long time...some are just overlooked in analysis too often! Things aren't too bleak imo
It never fails to amaze me when individuals with business interests in this sport openly come onto this website, make a fool of themselves and alienate everyone on the board. Some people shouldn't be allowed near the internet!
I miss Paddy Cronans inputs on here, thought himself and the fat lad were funny on there Casey buildup vids and think Greenjab should calm down and read the tread from start and then judge it if he wishes. I know it was you Jab Glas in the vids but your acting like the only straight locked up in a prison cell with a big load of queers. Relax. And not just your *******. We all basically want the same thing. Happiness.......A-*****..
Thats pretty stupid. He right has the right to raise objections, and other are within their rights to pick apart. Does that mean that anyone associated with IPBA or irishboxers.ie will be banned from the Hylands and/or DolPhil shows? :nut
