I think we're all well enough informed to know that it's a good fight on it's own merits and that the addition of the belt will bring more media attention and more attention from the less informed causal observer. This type of ploy/ initiative (call it what you will) has been done before (see the below link and scroll down to Peter promotion 14 october 2005) and in fairness they are giving us a decent card at a decent price.

Has anyone got a number for anyone Dublin based selling tickets for this? I'm looking for two ringside seats and I'd rather give my money to the boxers

The angles are the tickets at the corners for the June 25th Show, they are 45, ringside are directly facing the ring and are 65.

Ye they are moving fairly well, some of the fighters have a really good following, Fitzpatrick brings an Army to every fight, good crowd coming up from Cork, Hylands have a big following, so good chance of it being packed out. Long v Spike fight has me excited, was filming in Hyland Gym the other day, I have to say I cant remember seeing a fighter put so much into his training, Long is hungry for this fight, should be a *******.

They've renamed it "The People's Loyal Dominion of Cork" and the t-shirts have been selling well.

Green Jab - Is there much difference between the €45 and the €65 ticks? Is it worth forking out the extra €20?
