    Ya thats a great win in fairness to him. I know Bates was 64kg but he always fights at LW in the seniors so i assume he has no problem losing the weight. Is LWW the best Carlyle can hope for? Do you know would he be capable of making 60?

    he,s going to enter the box offs at 64kg he looked a real old school senior and realy took Bates into the trenches hope he can cause problems for the young bucks

    he would be super middle he boxed middle in amatuers dont know if anyone bothered watching till end but he dropped cruise with body shot. he's experienced enough amatuer but has no fights as a pro cant get the fights!! he won intermediates bout 5 years ago and was beaten by egan couple years ago in seniors.

    I think that might have been up on their website for a few days. The most up to date info to hand is 4.30am and that is now scheduled into Setanta's TV listings for that time.

    Anyone know if the amateur heavyweight John sweeney is still boxing?
    saw him on a you tube bout, and I thought he looked like he had a lot of potential.

    Boxed in the Seniors this year, losing narrowly to Patrick Corcoran, a good fighter. Nearly beat Sheehan a few years ago, if memory serves me right?
