What's gonna happen with the lads who were meant to be fighting on Spike's undercard now that he's on in Liverpool instead?

Seems like there is some fall out between Spike and Mike O'Regan. Cork eh!?

"I hear that 96FM in Cork broadcast a statement this morning from Mike O'Regan Promotions in which they claim that I was somehow involved in the promotion of the Rebel Rising event scheduled to take place in Cork.

I am not a promoter, I have never been a promoter and anybody who thinks otherwise can contact the Boxing Union of Ireland to ask who was licensed to promote The Rebel Rising event. I cannot comment further now as I have taken legal advice on the matter and I've been advised to say nothing more at this time.

I will continue to work hard and focus on defending my WBO International Middleweight title against Joe Selkirk in Liverpool on April 12th, and on bringing my belt home to Cork.

    Spike"

Looking forward to Dundalk now. Mitchell v Peake will be fight of the fight I am sure of that.

Fitzer looking good on the scales. I'd say he will be LMW pretty soon!
