That was a good night of boxing tonight. enjoyed the ITV persceptive

 

Didn't get to see it, what did they make of it ?

 

are you for real - its clashed with the X-Factor - how the hell was I supposed to get to watch it in my house! :nut

 

The commentators seemed impressed by Dunnes boxing ability. They thought a fight between Dunne and Munroe would be a close.The also showed Coyle and O'Donnells fights. There was a special feature on Froch training camp which was in Mayverall it was good:thumbsup

Cheers. Two glaring errors on my behalf! will have to be more thorough in the edit next month!
Also a couple of years back I produced coverage of an Eamonn Magee fight in Letterkenny for Season Ticket on BBC NI. I had to cover the costs of the two cameramen and their equipment. What the BBC paid me fell well short of what it cost to produce - it did reduce the cost however. But without sizeable sponsorship or charging people to view it it is easier said than done. That said, I would love to do it and in a few years I'd hope it would be something we could look at.
Presently I'm running the site on the basis of my only real expense being time. I need more advertising to take the site to the next level, which obviously would include video and the like. So anyone with deep pockets and a business send me an email about advertising.

 

Im not going to pretend I know about the costs of these matters, but surely the promoter should help to pay the cost of the camera men , it makes sense for them to try and reach a bigger audience to boost there boxers profile, and you can provide that audience through your site.But its easier said than done and I Know money is not so readily available. Good luck with it anyhow.

I think the whole promotion has been scrapped on Friday, so it looks as if Paul McCloskey will have to wait for his British title shot. Am I right in saying that Cormac?????
