Well then I hope you're not on the wagon, elsewise you ought to have a blast. :good Both cities are wild that week, NYC obviously with more to offer by way of being so much larger but you should find plenty of memorable shenanigans to get up to here as well.
Think this could be a sign that Goldenboy are signing Nevin as he is only signed up to greenblood management .
I would say there is a good chance nevins fight will be shown as part of the live coverage, the show is co promoted with, Murphy's Boxing and Back East Promotions neither of which I could see signing nevin up so hopefully it's a sign GBP are planning on signing him.
Its on Argentine tv lads belive it or not. Former pro boxer James Talbot shot dead in Dublin last night. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=55334&cat=boxer He was no angel according to this article http://www.sundayworld.com/top-stories/crime-desk/man-46-shot-in-west-dublin-fighting-for-his-life
That's very annoying. Argentina is more broke than Eire ( if that's possible), yet THEY get to see boxing from Ireland on their TV?? While we can't see it, despite hosting it!! There is something wrong with this situation.
ESB very own Luke Keeler in am intterview with sky sports. Anyone see ringsode did they have much in it about there trip to Ireland ? http://www1.skysports.com/watch/video/9164686/celtic-warriors-ready-to-shine
They're what, now? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_%28PPP%29 Argentina - 21/22/22, average world rating of 21.66 Ireland - 55/54/56, average world rating of 55 It would seem that Eire is actually twice as skint. I actually got into a spat with Mrs. Butt the other week over that same misconception, when she lumped Argentina in with "all the other poor countries in South America". I informed her that in fact, they have undergone a period of relative stability and growth in the last generation and basically have a leftover bad rap from all the political upheaval in the middle part of last century - most of it before she was born. She was having none of it and insisted they are dirt poor, among the poorest in the hemisphere. Simply not so. The main thrust of their economy is still agriculture, but those of us in the more developed and industrialized parts of the world (not to say Argentina is entirely rural, of course they have bustling metropolitan areas; in fact, both São Paulo and Buenos Aires have as much cosmopolitan depth as you will find in most any European tourism hub) have a strange reluctance to accept pastoral life evoking anything but murky ideas of serfdom and extreme poverty. In fact, Argentina is among the most well-off countries south of the Panama gulf. Both the state and the individual have more expendable pocket cash than virtually all of their neighbors, and relatively speaking they are trailblazers in the region in the areas of: standard of living, human rights (since the end of the Dirty War, four decades old now but still leaving its stain on the country's reputation), cultural diversity, and social progressiveness (ie, they legalized gay marriage before any state in the USA...) - with the only real obstacle in the way of that last one being that most of the population still clings at least nominally to its roots in the barbaric Catholic faith despite most of them being of the lapsed variety of Catholic...that sound familiar to you lot in Eire? :yep Anyway, yeah. Not a bunch of filthy starving gauchos, that's a myth. Fifty, sixty years ago maybe you didn't want to be among those crying for Evita, but now, really, Argentine - not a bad way to be. "Gay marriage" is social progressiveness :-( Gay marriage in Argentina was a strike at the morals of the Argentine Catholic population. The same thing happened decades earlier in Italy (Home of the Catholic church) when divorce and abortion was able to get pushed through the Italian parliament, resulting in the most far-reaching and destructive religious and social changes ever to strike at the Catholic church, and consequently, the morals of the Italian nation. Gay marriage in Argentina isn't social progressiveness, it's just an attempt by some sinister people to destroy the Catholic faith.
F**k the Catholic faith, major obstacle to our species evolving and shedding our primitive ways. No contraception for the poor? Brilliant Your fake god (if he existed) is a **** and his army of priests and cardinals are nothing but a mob of thugs serving the most colossal shitheel ever known even though he doesn't exist. :-(
im not much of a church goer but there is somthing not rite about gay marriages... although dont no if god approves r not... as 4 the catholic church they have done me no harm what so ever.... my only gripe with them was that they could have supported the PIRA more during the armed struggle:good
