Don't know s**t but I hope so, or maybe Germany would be great. He competed well with the top Euro super Heavy's while just growing into the weight. More dash, punch developed and his really fast hands and good boxing skills, he could go a long way. Takes a shot well too, i think.

Isn't it a massive U-turn in amateur boxing in that's several years ago there wasn't a snow***** chance in hell of having most of our top ams turn pro? Now in the space of a year, we've had, Cummings, Quigley, McCarthy, Nevin, Burnett, Sheehan, Geraghty and the like turn pro and many other good amateurs who weren't quite as successful as those guys, like Keeler, Sutcliffe and Turner. Major turn around. It seems when a few made the decision the flood gates opened. And the fact that quite a few weren't happy with how the IABA treated them must have also been a determining factor.
Ya iaba are messing up IMO but this is very positive, the Irish scene could be huge in a few years and with the high performance unit in place there will be a conveyer belt of talent coming through, Ireland's never had such a great opportunity
