Anybody have any idea what Matthew Macklin is gonna do?
Will he be tempted to box on?
Will seeing Andys success influence him?

Hang them up and call it a day.

Hes had a good, long career, but unlike Andy, hes never going to be able to step up to the next level.

Im not sure going back to fighting for British titles is going to appeal to him. If it does, he could do that

Most will advise him to call it quits alright..

But "the next level"??...and that level would be what?.....Horta, Fitz, JJ? ...oh and what's-his-name....the ex-amateur star guy he Hail Maryed recently?? Of course Macklin would never have lived with these pugilistic Gods, right?

You must admit looking at Andys recent success you can understand why Napoleon wanted Lucky generals...

    Andy is a world champion.

I cant see Macklin ever being one.

Hes taken some pretty heavy damage in his career too.
    Just my 2c

Present status snd baubles aside, over the duration of their respective careers, would you accept Macklin stands well over Andy?

Neilsen whilst a good challenger for Andy if the dublin fight happens is not actually in the wbo top 15,I was sure you had to be to get a shot at the title,

Strong talk of andy and chocolate in brooklyn, would be a serious payday for andy and might be worth the risk as choc has been quiet lately and vacated belt that he is now chasing,a bit strange but this is boxing.

I think Fat Frank missed out on making a big card here. I cant beleive that Derry Mathews is fighting Richar Abril I know its a fight that Derry has no chance of winning but could you of imagine to of seen 2 World title fights on the same night in Dublin. With Andy Lee defending and Stephen Ormond fighting Abril that would of been some card. Its a shame that Ormond is fighting Terry Flanagan instead I just hope that IF the Lee fight is going to happen that it happens with a good undercard in Dublin praying to the boxing gods lol.
